Do I really need X-rays?

Dental X-rays are very necessary to fully identify cavities and other problems that cannot be seen by the naked eye. Such problems as decay under old fillings, bone loss, and gum disease are common problems that are identified with X-rays. In our office, the X-rays are done digitally allowing the patient to see the problems on a large screen. Using digital X-rays cuts down the radiation to 80% less than film based X-rays.

What insurance companies do you accept?
